The large, well stocked kitchen includes an AGA and gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and leads in to a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The dining table comfortably seats 10.  On sunny days open the garden doors wide - or dine al fresco using the outside chairs and table and gas barbecue on one of the patios.
Sofas and easy chairs face the log burner and large flat screen TV and DVD player in the downstairs living room area. There is always a large stack of logs to help keep you warm in the winter.
While there are small steps down in to the Barn from the main front door, the ground floor bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and garden access are all on one level, making the barn ideal for families where some are less mobile.
Downstairs bedrooms are light and bright, with comfy beds, crisp white sheets and snuggly duvets. Hairdryers in all bedrooms.
Bedroom 4 has its own en suite bathroom and a large window overlooking the lane.
The entrance hall and cloakroom. The front door opens on to a gravel parking area for at least five cars.
Bedroom 3 is high ceilinged with views over Hall Farm and the countryside beyond.
The first floor living room features two large sofas, a galleried opening above the downstairs dining area and its own log burning stove.  A CD player with IPod/MP3 connector is available along with a wide selection of books and an eclectic mix of card and board games.  Views over Morston Hall gardens.
Bedroom 5 is Morston Barn's 'room at the top' and is reached by its own flight of stairs. It makes a brilliant hideaway for the kids.
The Accommodation

Whether there are two of you or 10 there is plenty of space for everyone at Morston Barn, inside and out.  A well stocked garden includes lawns and patios, while the adjacent cart shed offers shelter from the sun (or a shower!), boules and table tennis.
Three large, light, luxury bathrooms (including one on the ground floor) include deep baths to relax in after a long walk across the marshes!

Fluffy towels (plus all bed linen) provided for your stay.
One of the many reasons to choose Morston Barn as your holiday destination is the large garden. Almost completely walled and south facing, it gets the sun all day and offers privacy as well as plenty of space for the kids to play.
